Cards for sale!

I've been working towards getting this up and active for awhile but I am finally at a point where I can sell things via my website.  I'm not planning on getting rich but I'm hoping to make a little money to buy painting supplies etc.  These are five cards that I sent my mother over the years, reproduced in a high quality digital print  on cream colored lightly textured "techweave" paper.  All are 5x7 inches, and the price of $20 for the set includes a matching envelope plus shipping/handling and taxes.  Click the "Purchase" tab above which will take you to another site where you can purchase via Paypal or credit card.

Mark opens the barn

We had a wonderful evening in early October at a gathering for my wife's business (Milkworks, a Breastfeeding Support Center) at our friends Mark and Kay's house, including a genuine tractor pulled hayrack ride.  I took this photo of Mark getting the barn open to get out the tractor in the golden fall light.

Cheesecake

Literally, not figuratively, a cheesecake picture.  (At one time, a cheesecake picture was one with some prurient appeal, generally a scantily clad female.)  This is from a photo I took as I finished my dessert at Kasia's a couple of weeks ago.  Struggled with the elipse of the plate until it seemed I was making things worse instead of better so I may tinker a bit more with it once it's dry.

I took another crack at this subject over the weekend and was mostly happy with the result.  For me the handle is always the hardest part of a coffee cup.

Kasia's cappucino

This is a little 5x7 card I made as a thank you for our dear friends with whom we often share dinner on Sunday evenings.

Aunt Dottie

When I was going through my mothers personal items I came across a 2x2 black and white snapshot of her youngest sister Dottie, now deceased.  I'm guessing it was taken about 1936 or so, probably on the farm where they lived at the time.
